These terms apply when you use foundertypology.com and the Founder Typology™ assessment. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
Founder Typology™ is owned and run by Mais Jauhary in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("we", "us"). Contact: through the form at foundertypology.com/contact.
2. Who can use it
Anyone can take the assessment. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to use the site and to buy anything on it. Please give accurate information, including an email address you can access.
3. What Founder Typology is, and what it isn't
- Founder Typology suggests a founder type based on your answers at one point in time. Your type can change as your life, resources and goals change.
- It is a guide for thinking about ventures. It is not a personality test, and it is not psychological, medical, legal, financial or investment advice.
- Your results do not guarantee that any business will succeed. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
4. Free and paid services
- Your founder type and a short report are free.
- The full report with a personal roadmap costs US$49 per person, once available. The price and payment terms are shown before you pay.
- Refund terms will be published before paid reports become available.
- We may change prices or features. Changes don't affect anything you have already paid for.
5. Access codes and programmes
- Access codes are personal, and some can be used only once. Please don't share or sell them.
- If you take part through a programme, the organiser's agreement with us also applies, and the organiser receives your results as described in our privacy policy.
6. Our intellectual property
- The Founder Typology method belongs to Mais Jauhary and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes its five layers, the 20 founder types and their names, the questions, the scoring, the reports, the illustrations, and the site's text and design.
- Founder Typology™ is a trademark of Mais Jauhary.
- You may keep, print and share your own results and reports for personal use.
- Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, publish, sell or adapt the assessment, its questions, scoring or reports
- extract them by scraping or other automated means
- try to work out how types are scored
- use any of them to build a competing product or service
7. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to break the law, try to reach other people's data or our systems, disrupt the site, use bots or automated tools on it, or pretend to be someone else.
8. AI-assisted content
Parts of the reports are written with help from AI. AI text can contain mistakes, so treat your report as one input among others.
9. Availability and changes
We provide the site "as is". We may change, pause or stop any part of it, and we will try to give notice of major changes.
10. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, or for decisions you make based on your results
- our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Suspending access
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your information, as explained in the privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain decide any disputes.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
